人造石英单晶是用水热法在高压釜中生长的,具有左旋和右旋形态。石英晶体的应力双折射低且折射率均匀性高,透光范围为0.15-4μm。由于其压电特性、低热膨胀系数、优良的力学和光学特性,石英晶体被用于电子、精密光学和激光技术、光通信、X-射线光学和压力传感器等方面。
