3.5GHz光调制器 1525-1605nm

 

With an External Laser, this versatile Lightwave Modulator is a high performance lightwave transmitter designed for modulation bandwidth from DC up to 3.5 GHz. It has an external laser input connector and a low drive voltage, high extinction ratio, Lithium Niobate (LN) External Modulator. Users can use an external laser source such as, fiber laser, tunable laser, pulsed laser or fixed wavelength DFB, with this modulator for various research and Lab applications. The transmitter include an built-in Automatic Bias Control board which allows stable operation over long term. The optional booster EDFA can amplify the optical output power level up to +15dBm.
