The Fiber Coupled Laser source uses internally pigtailed laser diodes that are controlled by Thermal Electric Cooler (TEC) and high precision current source. Its operating wavelength is further stabilized by a built-in Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) device. These laser sources feature narrow spectral line width, low Relative Intensity Noise (RIN) and excellent output power stability. An optional single-mode isolator greatly reduces optical back-reflection to the laser source to further minimize system noise. The laser can also be digitally modulated to 1MHz (optional).
Feature:
- Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) built-in
- Single Mode (SM) output
- 0.02dB stability over 8 hours
- 10 year+ operating life
