830nm微型制冷光纤耦合SLD模块/微型制冷光纤耦合SLD光源模块

 

 

微型尾纤SLD模块系列极小化光纤传感器系统的尺寸。微型尾纤封装SLD模块是要求最小尺寸和高工作温度应用的理想光源。微型尾纤SLD模块系列由非制冷和制冷微型尾纤SLD模块组成。最大工作温度是+85ºC,可增加到+105ºC。

- extension of operation and storage temperature range

available upon request!

- maximum -40 dB (reflectivity) parasitic secondary

coherence subpeaks, -60 dB max parasitic subpeaks

- polarized or depolarized PM fiber coupled versions
