Our OEM interferometer modules are available either with CaF2 or ZnSe beamsplitters, and with different detectors and light sources to achieve optimal performance in different NIR and IR spectral ranges.
Standard electronics with USB connection, or with an advanced DSP-based electronics that runs a standalone Linux OS and has an TCP-IP connection are available.
The DSP version features up to 3 input channels for IR detector available, that can be used for simultaneaous measurements from several probes or for an internal reference.
Beam-splitter material:
The interferometer module is available either with a Calcium Fluoride (CaF2) beamsplitter, or with a Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) beam-splitter. The difference between these 2 types of bam-splitter material is the usable wavelength range:
