Room temperature
This family of photodiode detectors covers the near infrared region, 14,000 to 6,000 cm-1 (0.7 to 1.7 µm). We offer Si and InGaAs detectors. The 80019 Silicon Detector has excellent stability and sensitivity, albeit over a limited range. The 80020 InGaAs detector has a slightly broader spectral response.
