Compact, weatherproof design
Built-in screws for fine beam direction adjustment
Minimal beam divergence and beam drift
Highly stable output power
Choose between battery or external power supply models
The LOA Series 635 nm Alignment laser simplifies your challenging alignment tasks with built-in XY angluar adjustment screws, excellent power level, beam-drift stability, and very small beam-divergence.
The laser package is only 92 mm long and constructed of aircraft aluminum (6061T) with weatherproofing seals to make it a lightweight, robust, portable tool for laboratory or field use.
The LOA series Alignment Lasers have a built-in two-axis adjustment capability for pitch and yaw. Sensitivity is about 1.3 mrad with the full angular range of +/- 1° in both axes. You can make adjustments either with your hand or with an included Allen hex wrench.
The virtue in an alignment laser is in the rock solid stability. LOA series alignment lasers provide exceptional power and beam-drift stability with very small beam-divergence. These class IIIa lasers give out at least 1 mW of optical power to make the power level ample for even long distance applications in day light, however the maximum power level is limited to less than 3 mW to ensure safety.
The LOA series laser is designed to easily mount onto 1-inch optical mounts with its ring adaptor (provided). The lasers are available either a battery operated or with a wall-plug power supply. The LOA-1 battery operated model gives you over 10 hours of continuous operation.
