BeamOn-WSR系统是一种用于实时测量连续或脉冲激光束的光束诊断测量系统。它测量激光束的参数，如：强度分布、光束宽度、形状、位置和功率。软件还提供梁分析设置和结果的报告功能。
该系统基于USB接口，软件驱动设备，可以通过高速usb2.0端口连接到笔记本电脑（或台式机）上，在windows7/8/10（32&64位）上运行。
CCD轮廓仪超越了相机式光束轮廓仪的有限动态范围。每次测量都以不同的衰减或电子快门速度进行。DUMA的专利技术使用户能够查看小于激光束最大功率密度1%的特征。
