Model 9151 and 9173 Periscope Kits

Periscopes are used in a variety of applications, from changing beam heights to rotating polarization independent of wavelength. Our pedestal periscope kits include all the mechanical parts necessary to easily build your periscope—all you need to add are the Metal Mirrors. Each periscope kit includes two 6 inch tall optical pedestals for sturdy mounting, two of our Pedestal Base Clamping Forks to adjust the mirror to any height, two Space-Saving Mirror Mounts, and a clamping fork. We also include two 45° adapters, which simplify alignment by letting you center the beam on both mirrors.

The Model 9173 periscope kit includes all of the same components as the Model 9151NF , except it uses our center Valu™ Series Low Cost Mirror Mounts to hold the mirrors.

Model 9920 & 9924 45° Mounting Adapters

These adapters are ideal for periscopes and general beam-steering applications. When the 45° adapter is used in a periscope, the beam stays centered on the mirror, simplifying alignment.
