Our spring-loaded optical filter mounts do not require tools to secure or change your optical filter. They can be stacked to provide a wide variety of filtering options.

Our FH-1S and FH-2S Optical Filter Holders use a three-sided, spring-loaded, v-groove clamp to still allow for quick and easy interchange of the optical filter. Simply squeeze on the lower portion of the spring-loaded Delrin arm and insert the filter. When the arm is released, the filter will be held firmly in place.
FH-1S , FH-2S and 9861 Filter Holders incorporates a counter bored clearance hole in its base, compatible with both 8-32 and M4 screws. This allows for easy post mounting on English or Metric SP and MSP Series Posts, as well as PS Series Pedestal Posts.
The FH-1S mount holds 1.0 in. diameter optical filters. The FH-2S and M-PPF50 mounts hold 2.0 in. square optical filters. The 9861 mount can hold either square or round filters, as well as those “assorted” filter pieces you have in your lab.
The 9861 double filter holder allows you to stack to filters of any shape with ease. Our FH-1S and FH-2S filter mounts feature two sets of threaded and clearance holes on the face of its base for use in stacking. M-PPF50 mounts can also be screwed together to create a double filter mount.
