The MH Series mounts securely hold 0.75 in. (19.1 mm) and smaller optics and are ideal for use with post systems as well as our MRL Series mini rails and MT Series compact linear stages. When combined with MLH Series lens holders, smaller diameter transmissive optics such as lenses, filters, and polarizers can be integrated into your optical system.
The MH-2P is designed for direct attachment to MCF rail carriers (with an adaptor washer), SP and MSP Series Posts, and using one half of an MT-AB2 bracket as an adaptor plate, on MT Series linear stages. The MH-2P accommodates 0.75 in. (19.1 mm) optics directly or 0.5 in. (12.7 mm) optics using an A-75-50 adaptor.
MLH Series optic holders are designed to be mounted in the MH-2P allowing rotation of the holder in the mount, which is ideal for polarizers. Model MLH-0.5 accepts 0.5 in. (12.7 mm) optics and includes a Delrin retaining ring for secure optical mounting. The ID-0.5 iris diaphragm can also be held in the MH-2P for mounting.
Model MH-2PM accommodates microscope objectives with the standard 0.800-36 RMS thread such as our M or L Series.
