LCD200 is a low noise laser diode current driver which is designed for high laser frequency stability application. It can support up to 200mA current output. LCD200 also features modulation input with 1mA/V and can be served as the error signal input. It also have analog output for current monitor. The current setting and current limit value are displayed in LCD in front panel. 10uA adjustability allow users to fine t une the laser diode current to desired condition.
LCD200 is optimized for frequency stabilized diode laser.The ultra-low noise feature enable user achieve the narrow line-width laser output. A homemade ECDL driven by LCD200 with linewidth
< 4kHz measured by a self-hyterodyne method with 5km fiber is shown in Fig1.
