The I-500-410 IsoDamp Isolation System damps high amplitude vertical displacements without adversely affecting isolation at higher frequencies or causing extended settling times as seen with heavy oil damping systems. It includes a set of (4) 10 inch isolators for systems with high horizontal acceleration loads and fast settling time requirements. The I-500’s horizontal pendulum isolation system provides superior isolation at low vibration levels compared to friction prone gimbaled and bearing systems. This unique horizontal damping system dissipates stage motion energy with very little compromise of isolation while minimizing settling time.
