The 76595 Fiber Bundle Collimating Probe collimates the highly divergent outputs of fiber bundles. This beam probe is used to collimate the output from our fiber bundles with NA between 0.2 and 0.27, a 180 to 2200 nm spectral range, and θ1/2 Divergence Range of 0.15° to 0.50°. The lens is mounted in our standard 1.5 Inch Series housing to easily mate with our standard products. It accepts the 11 mm OD of our Oriel® Fiber Connectors. This probe supports a 18 to 23 mm typical beam size and a 25 to 150 mm collimation zone. Beam size ranges are driven by wavelength and source size dependent properties of the optical design. The half angle divergence is a function of the focal length and source size.
