Model LIAD-PD-300N lock-in amplifier detector measures power of very low level CW or quasi CW sources. It uses a Si photodiode sensor in conjunction with an 18 Hz chopper, which comes with the detector. The sensor's power range is from 300 fW to 300 nW. It has an 8mm aperture and covers the spectral range from 0.2 µm to 1.1 µm. Compatible power meter models include 1919-R, 843-R, 843-R-USB, and 841-PE-USB. To maintain accuracy and guarantee performance Newport recommends annual photodiode detector calibration.
