The 700P Fiber Pigtailed TO-can Diode Mount provides a versatile, temperature controlled, mounting solution for fiber pigtailed TO-9 and TO-56 laser diodes. Optimum temperature control is achieved with two built-in 12.5 W Peltier thermoelectric coolers (TEC), and an optional water-cooled back plate, which increases low-end temperature capability. To increase system flexibility, the mounts incorporate nitrogen purge fitting, pre-drilled holes for mounting your circuitry, a BNC modulation port, and both thermistor and AD592CN temperature sensors.
