The LDM-4984T-BTB is designed for typical telecommunication butterfly laser diode packages and includes 800MHz Bias-T and a separate case temperature control for applications requiring tight temperature stability. An SMB connector on the LDM-4984T-BTB connects to the high frequency end of the Bias-T and requires the laser anode to be on pin 10 and laser cathode on pin 11. Zero insertion force (ZIF) sockets and spring-loaded clamps facilitate ease of mounting. The LDM4984TBTB features ILX Lightwave’s standard 9-pin D-sub input connectors with configurable pin designations to accommodate virtually any laser diode pin configuration.
