The M-PXA-3F Forkless Optical pPedestal has a unique internal slotted base allowing it to be directly mounted to an optical table without a clamping fork. This patent-pending feature saves 3X the space of a standard pedestal while still providing positional flexibility and long-term stability. This 25.4 mm diameter aluminum post has a 3 inch 76.2 mm height. Each post is marked with an index groove every 25.4 mm for a quick height reference. Cross-drilled holes allow 3/16 inch hex wrenches to aid in tightening and loosening assembled posts.
