The 561-VH Vacuum Waveguide Mount has eight vacuum ports on its top surface to mount small to large devices to a 561 Series stage. Each of the eight vacuum ports can be opened or closed individually depending on the size and shape of the device. A brass fitting is located on the side of the 561-VH to adapt a 1/8th inch ID flexable tube for use with a vacum pump. Vacuum pump is sold separately.
