The M-466A xyz flexure stage is a 2 mm travel XYZ fiber alignment stage developed from the immensely popular original stage invented and patented by Martock Design, now a subsidiary of Elliot Scientific. Flexure stages are ideal for high precision device manipulation. Applications range from fiber launch systems for single-mode, multimode and polarization maintaining fibers as well as waveguide alignment, through to the manipulation of microstructures in bioscience. The arcuate displacement (vertical displacement due to longitudinal flexure motion) is up to 4 times better than competing products.  Actuators are not included. Choose and fit a different types of actuators to each axis to suit individual performance and cost requirements.  This stage has (17) M3 mounting threads on top and a slotted base plate for optical table or breadboard mounting.
