Thorlabs提供的1英寸非偏振分束立方是已安装版本,能够兼容30 mm笼式系统。这些已安装的立方适用于三种波长范围:400 - 700 nm、700 - 1100 nm、1100 - 1600 nm。
这种非偏振分束立方由两个棱镜构成,其中一个棱镜的斜面上镀有介质分光膜。然后,用胶合剂将两个棱镜粘合(如图1.1所示)。分束立方的每个表面都镀有宽带增透膜,能够最大程度地减少因反射造成的损耗。外壳上刻有箭头,表明光束入射在分光膜层上的方向,如图1.1所示。虽然光可以从其他镀增透膜的任意表面入射,但只能保证光束先入射在分光膜一侧时的规格;请看图1.1。分束立方通过环氧树脂安装到笼式立方体中,且不能拆除。我们也提供空的30 mm笼式立方体,兼容我们未安装的分束立方和直角棱镜系列产品。
