S401C:背景补偿,实现低漂移测量
Thorlabs提供两种宽带热敏功率探头,能够以高分辨率测量低光功率光源。两种热敏探头的宽带镀膜在较宽的波长范围内具有平坦的光谱响应,如下图所示。Ø10 mm的孔径便于对准和测量大光斑尺寸的激光光源。为了方便集成到Thorlabs的透镜套管系统和SM1(1.035"-40)光纤转接件(下方提供),两种探头都包含SM1外螺纹转接件。S401C热敏探头与附带的光罩
S401C利用有源热背景补偿来实现低漂移功率测量。它通过使用两个传感器电路实现,以从两个方向测量光吸收器与散热器之间的热流。然后,将两个传感器电路的测量结果相减,zui 大 cheng 度 地减少热漂移对激光功率测量的影响。(有关外部热干扰影响热敏功率探头读数的信息,请看工作标签)。S401C使用的宽带镀膜在0.19和20 μm之间的波长具有高吸收率(如曲线图所示),因此非常适合对准并测量中红外量子级联激光器(QCL)。附带的SM05(0.535"-40)内螺纹光罩在上图中有所体现。
